Additional amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a charcoal grill with picnic seating and ceiling fan, and lockable under-house storage stocked with beach chairs and toys.

The updated, well-equipped kitchen features a large island, coffee bar, and mini fridge, ideal for entertaining and family meals. The open living and dining area includes a recliner, two sofas, and a large dining table for gathering together. Entertainment and convenience include five Smart TVs with streaming capability, WiFi, books, and a DVD player. The main floor laundry and ceiling fans throughout add to the comfort and convenience.
