Questa casa a 2 piani presenta una pianta invertita con ampi ponti: goditi le meravigliose viste sulla spiaggia dalla seconda fila. La posizione è tutto con questa proprietà, in quanto l'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente di fronte alla strada; ristoranti, parco giochi, negozio di dolciumi e gelati sono a pochi passi di distanza.

La casa dispone di un totale di 5 camere da letto, ognuna con un bagno completo. La master suite si trova al secondo piano e dispone di un letto king size, cabina doccia piastrellata con doppio lavabo e smart TV da 40 ". Una seconda camera da letto situata al piano ha due letti a castello per i bambini per trascorrere le vacanze insieme.

La cucina situata all'ultimo piano è aperta e ariosa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e un'isola centrale con 4 posti a sedere per sgabelli da bar. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo è affiancato da panche che possono ospitare comodamente 8-10 persone. Adiacente alla cucina si trova una zona giorno ben arredata con TV LED da 60 ".

Il primo piano dispone di tre camere da letto e una seconda camera familiare con TV da 60 ". Le camere da letto sono composte da 1 letto king-size e 2 letti matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato, accesso al ponte e TV da 40 ". C'è un divano letto per ulteriore spazio per dormire nel soggiorno al primo piano.

Forse le migliori caratteristiche di questa casa sono i grandi ponti fuori dalla parte anteriore della casa. Goditi il sole all'ultimo piano o semplicemente siediti e goditi le splendide viste sull'oceano. Per battere il caldo goditi la tua vacanza sul ponte inferiore leggendo un libro o semplicemente dormendo con il divano oversize.

Una grande piscina privata e una vasca idromassaggio si trovano all'interno del recinto del cortile per la massima vacanza. A partire dall'autunno 2016, la richiesta di riscaldamento della piscina è a pagamento. Una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda è adiacente alla vasca idromassaggio. Una novità per il 2016 è il bar Tiki situato nell'area della piscina ed è il ritrovo perfetto.

Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach.

Great location. Across the street from public beach access. Very nice house - comfortable mattress, great layout, plenty of room. Pool heated to a nice warm tempWe stayed at the end of the season and there were some things that needed maintenance. Keypad lock broken and only 1 set of physical keys. Broken kitchen drawer, burned out light bulbs, warped pans, no dish soap or laundry detergent.All in all, a great house, pool, and location.

We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!

Great family place

The kitchen was great with plenty of space for multiple people to move around and plenty of seating for all of us. We found everything we needed to fix breakfast, lunch, dinner or reheat takeout. The 2nd living space was great to have, especially if you get up earlier than everyone else. The bedrooms were good size with ample storage and the beach was a short walk.

This is a beautiful home on the 2nd row of Holden Beach. All of the bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds and TV’s to enjoy as you fall asleep. The two living room spaces were perfect for our family to enjoy. The pool out back, along with the amazing Tiki Bar, brought hours of fun to our group. The property owner, Shea, is incredibly responsive and provided all details before our trip. If you want a relaxing beach home to spend quality time with your family, this is the one!

The house, amenities, and location were above our expectations! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and very spacious for the nine of us! The pool was very nice as was the hot tub! 5 Star Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was clean, modern, beautiful and the location couldn't get any better! Beach access is directly across the street. With two infants on the trip, we appreciated how family friendly the house was including gates for stairs and a high chair. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place, great location

Perfect place for families with children. Nice lay out of rooms, amazing outdoor pool/bar area, directly across the road from a beach entrance. Within walking distance to playground, coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants.

What a week

House was lovely, great location and plenty of room. Problems with door lock and appliances. House needs some maintainance, screws, batteries, light bulbs, etc. We cleaned Tiki Bar and put away pool and beach items that were left the previous vusitors.from previous quests

Girls beach trip

We had perfect weather, easy access to beach, and ocean view. Elevator did not work, and there are a lot of steps (a lot and we are not spring chickens!) I had to contact host at check in, but got in easily. Side stairs from 2nd story (laundry room) were great until the bottom steps. Last step is not correctly spaced which caused a lot of stumbling, and I did fall. Pool was chilly, but beautiful. Back deck/yard area very nice, lots of seating, and hot tub was amazing, as was the outdoor shower. Trash was not emptied and cooler was not cleaned either. There was a room with chairs, unbrellas, and beach stuff that was cluttered, so I straightened that up. There was a large blue bag on the porch and we had to make our beds, and wash all the towels in the house before leaving, which was unexpected. Very little toilet paper in the house. Decks were amazing. House is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable spaces. I tried to reach out to our host with some property concerns, but did not hear back. We did have to take the trash cans out to the curb on our first night and before we left. Overall ok trip. Looong drive for the 11 of us, but a nice place to relax.

Five star!!

Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with stunning ocean views from the main living quarters. The highlight, however, was the outdoor area. The pool was large and crystal clear, perfect for swimming or lounging in the sun, while the hot tub was an incredible bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The beach was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. The hosts were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot – we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Time In Spite of Hurricane Debby

The house was exactly as described and the lay out was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool and hot tub more than we would have if it hadn’t rained all week. But how lucky we were to have those amenities. Great views from the decks and the pool area was really nice. Having an elevator was great for loading and unloading. The two sitting areas came in handy for watching different tv programs or playing different games. Would definitely consider coming back again.
