NOVITÀ sul mercato delle case vacanze con PROACTIVE per il 2019, questa casa di fronte all'oceano è in fase di ristrutturazione così ampia per la stagione 2019: sarà una sensazione nuova e rinfrescante. "Knot on Call" riposa direttamente sull'Ocean Front ed è perfettamente posizionato vicino a ristoranti, sport acquatici e negozi. I rinnovamenti in preparazione per la stagione 2019 includono nuovi pavimenti in vinile di lusso in tutta la casa, nuovi mobili / materassi per la camera da letto, nuovi lavabi da bagno e lavandini, nuovi infissi e ventilatori a soffitto, nuovi rivestimenti e vernice fresca per una sensazione costiera aggiornata. Prenota ora a tariffe introduttive speciali per questa nuova offerta che si posa sulle dune di Holden Beach!

Il 50% del totale dovuto è richiesto per garantire la prenotazione. Il restante 50% è dovuto entro e non oltre 45 giorni prima del check-in. Il deposito cauzionale è rimborsabile, a condizione che nessun danno sia causato dagli ospiti. La pulizia di fine soggiorno è inclusa per soggiorni di sette o più notti. Soggiorni meno di sette notti richiedono un supplemento obbligatorio per la pulizia delle partenze. Per soggiorni di sette notti o più le lenzuola sono gratuite. The property was clean & beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, pretty much anything you'd need for your stay. We had an issue with the washing machine that was resolved promptly! The location is absolutely perfect--it was a very relaxing beach vacation

My family and I had a great stay! The house was cozy and enjoyable. The view of the ocean was spectacular! God’s handiwork! Very family friendly. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and outside. (We brought our own grill) The children had fun playing under the house and at the nearby park. We hope to stay again.

Over the years, we have rented 5 other oceanfront homes at Holden Beach. This was by far the absolute best! The home was clean, well stocked and organized, very cozy, great layout and design. The views from every window, especially the living room were breathtaking. This vacation was everything that we needed to refresh our souls. The location close to the bridge made it very convenient for quick grocery store runs, and of course ice cream. We hope to return to this property again very soon!

I have never felt so comfortable in a rental property before! The home was lovely and the access to the beach was unbeatable. Great place for families with young children as the home felt very safe. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great location, nice beach and very quiet. We would rent/ recommend this location again. Refrigerator was not clean when we arrived however the rest of the house was in good order.

My family used to own a house at Holden, and we have been dying to get back! With this beautiful home, we were able to enjoy everything we used too when coming every year! This house is beautiful, super convenient, and beautiful views! This check in and out was simple, and working with the property manager was extremely as well! They were always eager to answer any questions! I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful home!

Knot of Call was just what the Dr. ordered! The house and location were perfect for our needs, the upgrades to the property were greatly appreciated. The property manager was a delight to work with. An early glitch in the listing price was satisfactorily resolved. Views from the ocean side bedrooms and living area are spectacular. Outdoor shower could use some attention. The sail awning for the deck was a bit of a challenge to attach and quite necessary to give some shade tot he deck and living room.

We loved our stay in this home. It was very comfortable and we love the renovations. There is an inaccuracy with the check out time listed on VRBO vs what the Proactive vacations lists in the contract. Everything on VRBO lists 11 am, Proactive says 10 am. I spoke extensively with both sides about the issue; neither took responsibility for the error and I was disappointed that Proactive vacations didn't allow for any leniency at all regarding the check out time. Future renters should be aware of that as they make plans. Also, upon arrival to the house we didn't have any wifi or house information other than what we got in our check in email, so we were without wifi until we could get a hold of the office the next day. Aside from those issues, the house itself was great, the kitchen was well stocked, and we would be happy to stay there again.
