Spacious 5 BR House with Private Pool and ICW views

Come and experience the majestic intercoastal waterway views from the front decks of this custom, open floor plan home! Conveniently located at the end of the street for plenty of peaceful relaxation, it also boasts being only a short 5-minute walk to public beach access. After enjoying a day of fun in the sun at the beach or just lounging by the pool-you can utilize the fully furnished kitchen to cook a lovely meal, or revel in Holden Beach’s finest restaurants just a short distance from our home. During the Sunday nights of summer, you can cap your evening off with a short walk to the marina to enjoy live music at the pavilion.
The home is designed for the ideal family beach vacation focusing on luxury and comfort. There are 5 bedrooms on multiple floors, with 3 of the 5 bedrooms offering private, en suite bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with Roku smart TVs (cable /satellite is no longer provided).
The ground level has a king bedroom with a private bath. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the 2nd level and sports a private bath with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, a king bed, and direct access to a deck. The third level supports 3 bedrooms: 1 king with a private bathroom, 1 queen with a private deck, and 1 queen with 2 sets of bunk beds.
For additional security, external cameras are installed above both ground floor entry doors, as well as overlooking the pool entry gate from under the carport.

This house was perfect for our large family. Everything was clean and spacious. There were plenty of sitting areas all around both inside and out. The pool was the nicest and cleanest we have ever seen at a rental. The location was quiet and close enough to everything we needed.The owners even had toys and board games for the little ones. There was a very secure gate to keep the little ones from going off the back deck to the pool area. There were plenty of dishes and utensils as well. I already booked for next year as soon as we got there. A place as beautiful as this that accommodates large families is hard to find. The owners were quick to respond each and every time I had a question. Very nice!

Very nice and spacious house. Nice to have the pool for relaxing when not on the beach. Very nice views out to the intercoastal waterway. Love the balconies for shade and comfort. Plenty of space for family stay. We had 11 people and no problems.

Location was fantastic. About four minute walk to the beach. Short walk to the end of the street to find a nice restaurant, ice cream shop and candy shop. Every room was a fantastic size. We had 11 people with us and no one felt stuck or on top of each other. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Great House for Family Beach Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family of 13, 9 adults and 4 children ages 4 and under. It helped that they provided a pack n play and booster. The pool was beautiful, and the beach was close enough for us to walk. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as cooperative, but it didn't affect our amazing time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, lots and lots of items. A few minor issues due to the weather and our host was very fast to respond. We would stay here again in a minute.

Great Location

Stayed for a week with 6 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of room to spread out. Location was great, 5 minute walk to ice cream stand and local restaurants.The pool was also a big bonus in the hot humid weather! I highly recommend renting a golf cart, it made getting to the beach 3 blocks away so much easier. There was plenty of parking for our cars and the cart.

Perfect for large families

We loved our week at Holden Beach in this house! Perfect set up for large families with plenty of bathrooms and King beds. The kids loved the bunk house. Honestly the accommodations were better than in the description. The location is perfect for walking to get Italian ice or going to the park! The pool area was perfect for the little ones who couldn’t be at the beach all day.

Family vacation Holden Beach 2024

The house was very nice. Clean and well equipped. We were very happy that they had a pool as the trip to the beach with 4 children 5 and under can be a challenge as it is 3-4 blocks away. Plenty of things in the house to entertain and keep kids busy!

Beautiful Home

What a wonderful home! We had 12 adults and four children and still plenty of space. Big living area with comfy chairs. Plenty of seating for meals, with table, bar stools, and porch table. We loved having the pool there. When we arrived, the pool filter was not circulating. I called Lindsay and someone was there within the hour. (The recent hurricane had tripped something and it was immediately back up and running.) Later in the weekend, I had a question and Lindsay texted me back within three minutes. Great hosts!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. It was a nice easy walk to the beach, fishing, Italian ice and great food. The rooms were spacious and the pool was a blast for my family! I couldn’t recommend the place more!

Perfect Home for Summer Family Beach Vacation

We loved our week at this house for my family's summer vacation. The home was clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities. There was plenty of space for all13 of us (7 adults and 6 kids ranging from teens to an infant). The kids loved the pool, and access to the beach was about a 5-10 min walk (we recommend renting a golf cart to help ferry beach supplies and young kids back and forth). Holden Beach is a wonderful laid-back community, and the house is in a perfect location on the island and is walking distance to the only restaurants and small shops on the island. And getting off the island for groceries and other activities is a breeze! We would definitely return to Holden Beach and stay here again!

Great Home
