"Sandpipers Song" is a bright and cheerful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath second row coastal retreat, perched on the marsh, complete with spectacular views of the gleaming Atlantic Ocean, as well as fantastic views of the Intracoastal Waterway!

Offering gorgeous views of the marsh, Intracoastal Waterway, and breathtaking ocean views, "Sandpipers Song" is located on the quiet west end of Holden Beach. You will adore this lovely second row home, with the best views of spectacular Holden Beach sunsets! While you are relaxing on the back deck overlooking the marsh, be sure to have your camera handy, as you are sure to catch a glimpse of some Coastal North Carolina wildlife! You will also love watching boats cruise the Intracoastal Waterway from the back deck!

With its popular inverted floor plan, you will discover the main living area located on the 2nd level, with updates including kitchen countertops and appliances. The living area is complete with comfortable furnishings, and enough room for everyone to gather together making sweet memories! Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, offering 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, marsh view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #2 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st floor, offering a King bed, ceiling fan, ocean view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #1 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #3 is located on the 1st floor, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, marsh view, and has a full private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean view, and has a full private bath with a walk-in shower. You will appreciate the second living area and half-bath conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

Great Place to Stay

We loved this location, it was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, the views were great and we loved the layout of the space. While the access to the beach is no longer across the street, it’s only about 4 houses down and a short walk (our 4 year old could walk it, even after a full day of playing on the beach, no problem). We loved the privacy of only having the marsh behind us, the lack of houses also meant our beach access wasn’t packed either. The four separate deck options were nice to find quiet spaces. We will be back and renting this location again next year.
