GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to "Shrimply the Best" its better than all the rest - a luxury coastal retreat that’s anything but shellfish when it comes to amenities.

The property has parking for up to 6 cars and an elevator to help haul luggage to all the floors to help start your vacation off right!

Featuring 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath and smart TV for late nights or lazy vacation mornings. A hallway half bath is located on the first floor for added convenience. Whether you're hosting a family reunion or a friends' getaway, there’s room for up to 12 guests to stretch out in style. A high chair and pack n play are available for your little ones too!

The inverted floor plan showcases the gourmet kitchen, dining area and cozy living area on the second level, offering an open and airy living space for everybody to gather. On the first floor, you'll find a secondary living area with a kitchenette and another TV—ideal for additional space and relaxation.

The property is just a short walk (~200 steps) to the beach but you might never leave the backyard thanks to the private saltwater pool, outdoor shower and poolside tiki bar with under counter mini fridge.

Not a beach person? No problem! Start your mornings at the custom coffee bar with its own beverage fridge, and end your evenings on the Widows Peak to view the unforgettable Holden Beach sunsets.

You’ll have access to a garage-level walk-in guest storage room stocked with at least 6 beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, a cooler, kid's beach and various pool toys-perfect for fun-filled days in the sun. It also features a full size fridge/freezer to store extra groceries, drinks, or snacks to make packing for a day at the beach a breeze.

Whether you’re soaking in the sun, grilling by the pool, or watching the sunset from the widows walk, this home is shrimp-ly the best choice for your next getaway.

Bedroom 1: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 4; trundle recommended for children), Ensuite
Bedroom 2: King bed with Ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with Ensuite-double sink
The 1/2 bath is located in the hallway on the first floor.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with Ensuite
Bedroom 5: King bed with Ensuite -double sink

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Blvd W, approximately a 1 minute walk!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway- They are all inactive and not monitored.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
