Ready for some Peace and Quiet? Come and stay in this spacious oceanfront home (4K, 2Q, 2F, 4T) with a private oceanside heatable saltwater swimming pool and hot tub! The covered porch and open decks offer wonderful views. Private boardwalk to the beach. This owner continually improves and updates this already wonderful home each season! New for 2025, updated bathrooms including quartz vanity tops and fresh new looks! Also, some updated decor, new furniture items, new ceiling fans and more items to help enhance your stay.

This six-bedroom, six-bath Hobbs Smart Home features a marvelous open floor plan, high-speed WIFI, and expanded HD cable services. This beautiful home offers new LVP floors throughout all the bedrooms. Outside, you will find new decking and railings all around the home and at the pool including a newly expanded extra-large pool and sun deck. There is a large gas grill.

The home provides a three-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Please note that the elevator size will not accommodate a wheelchair.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Beautiful oceanfront

Gorgeous rental, with amazing oceanfront pool and very large pool deck. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and smart TV. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location in gated neighborhood. We will be back!
