Questo è un cottage sul fronte del canale direttamente attraverso Ocean Blvd dalla spiaggia. Quindi hai il meglio di entrambi i mondi, parcheggia la tua barca al molo 14'x14 'o attraversa la strada fino alla spiaggia.

Questa casa è anche comoda sia per l'unico negozio di alimentari sull'isola che per il molo di pesca di Holden Beach, in quanto entrambi si trovano a poche centinaia di metri.

La casa ha quattro camere da letto e due bagni completi con un ampio soggiorno recentemente rinnovato e una cucina nel centro della casa. Due camere da letto hanno letti queen size e due camere da letto contengono due letti full size.

L'è un ampio ponte coperto che si affaccia sul canale che si estende per tutta la larghezza della casa e un simile ponte davanti alla casa che è perfetto per prendere il sole.

C'è anche una doccia esterna per il risciacquo dopo una giornata in spiaggia

Nice and cozy 4 bedroom house. Nothing outrageous or fancy, just nice and relaxing. You can fish or catch crabs in the canal behind the house. If you happen to like ice-cream. There's a ice-cream shop right across the street. We all had a great time and enjoyed the stay!!

This was our second time staying. Perfect location for us. The beach and general store are across the street, as well as an ice cream shop. The house was clean and everything was just as described. Ms. Pat is an awesome host. My family and I are looking forward to possibly staying for our third time next year.

We had a great fun filled vacation week at Holden Beach. The entire family enjoyed Frank's Folly. Clean house, great ;location, spacious for our family. Hopefully we can stay again next year when 2024 schedule is available!

What a week! The house was very close to the beach, and had the canal with a dock out back (my daughter caught an eel from the canal). 11 of us including out children and grandchildren - house was just what we needed.

The view and the location were wonderful. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs . The sleeping arrangements for our family were not ideal because of the height of our 5 guys. Beds would work well for younger children. Our only issue was with check-in. We had to contact the owner who had to call a locksmith to repair the lock. She did respond quickly to our call.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect location for everything. We were steps away from the beach, the General Store, the pier and ice cream shop. My grandkids enjoyed fishing off the boat dock every day. Plenty of room for them to run and play outside. My only complaint is the cleaning company could do a better job cleaning the house in between stays. The ceiling fans and ceiling around the air vents are full of dust and under all the furniture were dirty. Both of my 1 year old grandkids kept finding food, crumbs and other items that were not ours.

The property was in a great location, next to grocery store and pier. No problem docking our 22' boat at the floating dock. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

The owner was friendly, and communicated with us ahead of our visit. She also told us to call if we had questions. The property is conveniently located and just across the street from the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms well furnished. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The main living area is newly updated and very pleasing. The kitchen is clean and very well stocked. I love the layout of the rooms and the home was plenty spacious. We LOVE the location. We kayaked and fished the canal and waterway. The beach was a very easy walk just across the street. There is also a small grocery store and ice cream shop within walking distance. And the property owner is very pleasant to work with! I would definitely like to vacation here again!

Everything was perfect! NO complaints!! The space was enough for us all. And we were close to the beach...easy walk.... we plan on returning again next summer!!!
