Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 435-B Two Bedroom, Two Bath Oceanfront Condo on 2nd Level

This upper level, end unit condo is newly updated! You will be so pleased with this bright and cheery condo, with new comfortable furnishings and beautiful beach décor! You will discover modern and updated Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, with updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is open and bright, with a large 50" flat screen TV, a unique electric fireplace to knock the chill off on those rainy beach days, and a new L-shaped sleeper sofa (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa). The kitchen is well appointed, offering clean lines with updated cabinets and quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, new 40" TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo, as well as amazing views of the ocean! Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo. When preferred an additional hall door provides the option to transform this area into your own totally private bed and bath suite. This bedroom has a street side view. You will be sure to appreciate the 1 GB internet service, full streaming APPs, an additional sports package and all local network channels on all TV's which allows many entertaining options for everyone!

Enjoy views of the Holden Beach pier and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean from your private oceanfront balcony. Take your meals outdoors for oceanfront balcony dining or relax with a cool evening beverage from the brand new trek, bar height chairs & high-top table, tall enough so that your views will not be obstructed by the balcony railings! Additional locking storage is located in the carport area for all of your outdoor beach items which allows you to conveniently store bikes, toys, fishing gear and so much more!

Open from dawn to dusk daily, the pool features a 6-8" tanning ledge that's also perfect for children as well as 3' and 5' deep areas. > Direct Beach Access. The units at Water's Edge are located directly behind the beach. The condo was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, storage dishes, dishes, pots and pans. If I could change one thing, to make it perfect, I’d get a new mattress for the beach side bedroom. The one there is broken in and very lumpy. but despite that, we were quite pleased with the place and had a great time.

Best Thanksgiving and Christmas. This place is amazing to stay. Great location, wonderful view from balcony sunrise and sunset, fireplace , beautiful and clean inside apartment. We enjoyed our staying so much and we will come back again. There is no construction around its quiet just sounds of waves 🌊. We highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

The picture shows nothing to the right of the condo. Actually we had home construction going on right outside our windows with nail guns and saws firing up at 8 am ever day. We would have rented elsewhere if we had been told by Proactive.

The condo was clean and cozy and the kitchen well stocked. It has GREAT porches on both the front and back of the unit. It's an easy walk to the pier and general store. Only two negatives I encountered. There is construction right next door, so if construction noise might bother you especially while you are outside on the porch, you might want a different unit. Also, the first night I was there I had to sleep on just a mattress cover with the bedspread. I got in late and didn't notice they hadn't delivered the linens I had paid for. I called the next day and they were delivered that day.

Great place to stay for 2 couples. Description is 100% accurate. Condo is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and everything was quite clean. Perfect beach location with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Nice place to vacation - mostly a quiet, family oriented environment. The front door lock did not work, so we called maintenance and was told to enter the back door. The lock was repaired 3 days later. Construction noise beside the condo on our last day was a downer. Overall, the stay was good. We will return but will be asking questions about any new construction beside the condo!
