"Wine Down"-Oceanfront Duplex-4 Bedroom/3 Bathrooms and Swim Spa seats 9 people

"Wine Down" is the west side of a beautiful Ocean Front Duplex located in the less crowded area of Holden Beach! The home offers you private beach access at your doorstep with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW and Tidal Marsh! The home is bright and spacious with many amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A spacious Master Suite upstairs offers a king size bed, streaming TV, and a large private balcony just perfect for catching the salty breezes off the dunes. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor offering a queen size bed with streaming TV. Bedroom #1 is located on the second floor facing the marsh offering excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings. This bedroom offers 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and streaming TV. Bedroom #2 is located downstairs, offering 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and streaming TV. A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining inside, while enjoying the oceanfront views of the Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone ice maker for your coolers and drinks, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, new stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to make homecooked meals. You can also maximize your outdoor vacation time by relaxing in the downstairs outdoor area that includes two hammocks, 8' picnic table and both charcoal and gas grills which includes free propane! Come join us in Holden Beach for some relaxing fun in the sun!

For 2024, a private, heated 8X12 Swim Spa is included. The Swim Spa is the perfect mini pool for family fun. It comfortably fits up to 9 adults and features 32 hydrotherapy jets for maximum massage. The hydrotherapy jets are positioned in each corner of the swim spa to target specific muscle groups. It also features a water propulsion system that creates a current that you can swim against which can be adjusted to customize the difficulty level.

This property is located at 811 Ocean Blvd West. Wine Down is on the west (right) side as you face the building from the street. The east (left) side is not a rental property and unavailable to rent.

Beautiful location oceanfront. Small kitchen but well-stocked. Older home in good condition with recent updates. We had a wonderful stay and hosts were very attentive. Beautiful ocean-view decks for morning coffee and evening stargazing.

STEPS TO THE OCEAN

Stayed for 1 week, and the property was as advertised just steps from the Ocean. Great set up for our family with teenagers. Entire general area is safe and the property has ample room for everyone. Great pick!

It was a great property. The kitchen was a little small since we prepared most of our meals. The bedrooms were nice. Of course the hot tub was a nice extra we have not had at other places. Thanks for helping us with the lock at the door.

"Wine Down" was Great!

Great time at this beach house! Hosts were very personable and helpful. We loved that it was so close to the water, nice views, the spa tub was great as a jacuzzi, and we appreciated the extra ice maker! Overall a lovely stay!

Wedding 4/12/25

The oceanfront duplex was fantastic with a great view and bonus cats, especially Cinnamon who loved the extra attention. The owners were very accommodating for our wedding day. I can’t say how happy we were with our stay. Hopefully we will be back for our anniversary next year

Fabulous stay at Holden Beach

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Holden Beach at Wine Down. My children and I and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the property, well situated and in close proximity to a few restaurants and a general store. With the beach just a few steps away from the back door and a beautiful swim spa to enjoy at night, we couldn’t ask for more. The owners were immediately responsive when we had to adjust our dates last-minute. We’ll be back!

My family and I have rented up and down the Carolina coast, and we have never been happier. The property is well maintained and communication with the host is excellent. Appliances work great and the bathrooms are modern with great water pressure. We especially enjoyed the swim spa.

Christmas at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay!! The location of the bedrooms was not clear on the description. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are upstairs with one bedroom on the main level with three beds in it. Just wasn’t really clear where bedrooms and bathrooms were located. Great property, oceanfront, well equipped, owner next-door was very friendly and responsive!! I would highly recommend this property

A Coastal Paradise

Our ladies’ weekend at this beachfront property was absolutely perfect. The gorgeous ocean views welcomed us every morning, setting the mood for a relaxing day. We spent hours hanging out on the deck, with the sound of the waves as the perfect backdrop for all our conversations. The hot tub was definitely the highlight! Whether it was in the morning or at night, it was the best spot to unwind and enjoy the moment. The spa feature made the whole experience feel extra special. The house itself had a cozy, beachy vibe with plenty of room for everyone, comfy bedrooms, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Being right on the beach made it super easy to take walks and explore the area. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a fun, laid-back ladies’ weekend. We’re already talking about going back!

Perfect Beach House

Eight ladies headed to the beach for an amazing weekend. "Wine-Down" was the perfect beach house. From the check-in process to the checking-out it was awesome. Scott and Julia are the perfect host. We had a minor incident and they were wonderful. So accommodating. The beds were comfortable, living room furniture was so soft and the dinning table set all of us for lunch and dinner. Family Vacation 2024

Our stay at this beachfront property was absolutely fantastic! We are a family of seven – two moms and five children ranging in age from 10 to 14 – and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the decks were breathtaking, and we enjoyed many mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean. The location couldn’t be more perfect – it’s right on the beach! Which made it easy for our family to enjoy swimming, buggie boarding, and building sandcastles. The swim spa on the property was a nice bonus! The owners, Julia and Scott, were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions, making our check-in and stay seamless. We felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the cozy decor to the well-stocked kitchen. Overall, this was one of our best vacations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Great getaway on the beach!

We had a wonderful time at the house. Perfect location, right on the beach and very clean. The swim spa was amazing! I was a little put off that we had to supply all our own towels and toiletries. Starters of toilet paper, soap, etc are not provided. Which meant an extra trip to the store. That being said, when I inquired with the owner about toilet paper and were told they aren’t provided, when we didn’t have ANY, he promptly gave us a roll. Whew! Also the bedsheets arrived in a bag. We were required to make the beds ourselves. Not a huge deal, but an annoyance. There was also a charge for early check-in, even an hour. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I would just be better prepared with all my toiletries towels, etc!
