“Very clean very quiet and nice people working willing to help and answer questions”

“Charged twice for my stay, which was already paid for through Expedia. Went to desk4 times. Called next day. Still no help.”

“Make sure you plan your trip around what you wish to do at this casino. We booked it because there's a dog track there. I thought it'd be awesome to see. And they have several dining options. Although checking in on Monday. Nothing was available. All but one restaurant. Which was More of a diner. None of the other restaurants aren't open till Wednesday through Sunday. As was the dog track. Which on their website said it was open every day.”

“The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

“After spending over a 1000 stay 2 separate times . The last time I asked for a 2 hrs ext on leave time. They said only for extra fee. They knew I had no more money . Just thinking after all that 2rs wasn't to much to ask”
