“Place is very outdated. Pictures make it look better than what it is. First the lobby is probably the only clean looking place there. The pool and hot tub were okay. Pool is very tiny and was overrun with kids who were literally jumping off the window ledges into the pool. I’m not against kids having fun cause I have 4 of my own, but there was 0 supervision or order to the pool area. There were also no towels and the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. Our room smelled musty and found a newly sealed...

“We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! Lots to do .”
