“I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply.
That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful. We had a balcony where we could stand and look out at the river and people watch. Everything was clean and well updated. Nice restaurants, but very pricey.”
