“Great room and experience.”

“Property was under extensive renovation and doing a great job. Late on Sat night I discovered that there was no soap in the shower body wash dispenser. I waited told morning and the desk person (I think owner and rather grumpy) handed me some lil bars o soap. The AC was a bit too load and the room was small, no work desk. But room very nice and clean.”

“Breakfast was a wow factor! Hot, fresh pancakes were made to order, sausages and omelets were hot and fresh, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly brewed coffee, etc.. The staff was friendly with cheery smiles and courteous! Regards,”

“We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. “Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross.”
