“The parking area is unsafe. When I woke up this morning, I found my car wrecked on the driver's side; it appears someone crashed into it and then fled the scene. I asked them to review the security footage to gather information, but they told me I would have to wait two days. They were completely uncooperative—this has truly been my worst experience.
