Welcome to our warm and inviting 2-bedroom basement suite located in a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood of South Surrey. This newly finished suite offers a clean, spacious, and fully private living space ideal for families, couples, or business travelers.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living and dining area, tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a dining table for four. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes, and utensils — perfect for home-cooked meals during your stay.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with cozy queen-sized beds, high-quality linens, nightstands, and storage space. Whether you're here for a few nights or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need to feel at home.

The suite also includes an in-suite washer and dryer, a clean and modern full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private entrance, and rest easy with free parking available on the property.

The suite was fine, but the ad suggests based on the pictures that there is ground floor entrance to the suite and the backyard. This isn’t the case. The access to the suite is an outdoor stairwell and the outdoor eating area advertised in the ad was not really usable as it was directly in front of the house owner’s large window to the backyard. In terms of inside the suite, it was relatively clean, but sparse; there were only 2 coffee cups in the suite, no bottle opener and one of the beds didn’t have fitted sheets on it. When we left we pulled all the bedding together and one of the mattresses had a large stain on it (see photo). Had we seen it earlier, we likely wouldn’t have stayed.

This unit may completely satisfy some, but not us. Stars only because the unit was modern & clean. Other units we've rented may have over-delivered, but I don't think so. Those units were equipped for travellers - this unit definitely was not. There were 5 or 6 frying pans, but only one (large) pot. Aside from small (2-ish cups) ceramic bowls, there were no other bowls (for cooking or mixing). There was ONE regular/ usable coffee mug. The 4 forks & 4 butter knives were tiny; the 4 spoons were big tbsps. There was one large clever & only one other blade, a small steak knife. No ladles or spatulas or any other implements needed to cook. No can opener! No face cloths, dish cloths or dish towels (owner delivered a dish towel on our 2nd day, after we asked), and only one decrepid dish sponge. No tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper shakers. Garbage bags fristratingly too small for garbage bin. Unit has a beautiful deep soaker tub... but no plug. :-( Only 1 closet in the apt (in a bdrm), no dressers. We were 4 people, with 4 suitcases on a 12 day trip (staying here for 5 days). There was nowhere to put coats/sweaters/suitcases. There was very little floor space, so very difficult to access the contents of our suitcases. TV remote to adjust TV settings broken, so had to max out volume at 100 just to hear. No cable or antenna for tv channels. Min. 1 hr drive into Vancouver - 2 hrs if you hit rush hour(s). SUPER tight parking space-better be a good driver.
