Vacation in architectural monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the ‘Vacation in architectural monument’ foundation, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005.Public transport: By post bus to Savognin Cresta. Then walk along the main road in that direction. After entering Savognin, turn right at the crossroads after Hotel Danilo onto Veia Sandeilas. After 210m turn onto Veia Ruignas. After 270m turn onto Veia Grava. After the historic bridge, turn left into Veia Grava, which then becomes Veia Curvanera.
