“The hotel was very clean and the workers were exceptionally friendly. Great place to stay”

“The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

“Arrived on Friday for a 2 night stay. Both beds had stained blankets. The chair in the room was stained kinda look like someone was murdered in it. Went to the desk and they offered me new sheets that it. And just handed them to me. Didn’t ask to see the room or nothing. Offered a full clean service in the morning. We left at 8am togo to a basketball tournament near by. Returning at 3pm to the room in the same condition. The only compliment i have is the girl working the breakfast was cleaning...

“The location of the hotel is great. I think it is overpriced for what you get. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Our double bed sloped to the middle. The room had no extra amenities. It wasn’t worth $500.”

“I enjoy the breakfast here. There is construction/upgrades occuring at the hotel and the gym was not available. That was disappointing. I think this should be posted on their website.”

“The place was very nice. Clean. Quiet. The bathroom light switch wasn't working properly nor was the soap dispenser in the shower. I let them know when we left and they were going to take care of it. All over, a good experience and very reasonably priced.”

“Room was clean, quiet while staying there, pool was nice and they had towels for you to use. Breakfast was great, a little tight when there are people in there also getting breakfast. Free coffee all day. Hotel is right next to an ice cream/grill which was great. Will stay again if we need to play at spooky nook again.”

“The room was absolutely filthy. There was hair on the shower walls and dirty wash clothes laying on top of the shower. There were 2 bugs on the wall as soon as I walked in. The blanket was disgusting and dirty. The TV was broken. The plates were wet and dirty that were "clean" in the drawer. It smelled like dog and smoke. It was an awful experience and I will never be staying there again.”

“The room was very dirty, dirty towels were had to go by Burlington to purchase towels and went by dollar tree to purchase cleaning stuff, night stands and furniture in the room was very dirty and the window. I spoke to a staff member at the front desk he said he will send someone up with new towels I wanted to book another room somewhere else but it was too late because we got there minutes to 7.”
