I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. “We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating.”
