Hotel vicino a Sutera Mall - Johor Bahru

“The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay”

“Na”

“Hall & Rooms were clean and good. Fully air-conditioning. Shopping mall is just next door and convenient. Wash Rooms were neat. However, water pressure a bit low for bath. Overall neat and clean.”

“Below average for me. No hotel parking provided; to be competed with the public, especially when the mall is just right beside the hotel. Hotel facilities not great: shower head clogged, bedside lamp spoilt. Lady Indian receptionist took her own sweet time to check-in and out guests. Overall, the area is less traveler-friendly.”

“Hotel is clean. However need to improve on the WC as it easily get blocked when flushing possibly due to the WC design. Should study how to overcome this issue.”

“Moldy smell and dirty wall. Won't recommend to those who has OCD and sensitive nose.”

“Best hotel in that area”

“Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

“Room, pillows, bed sheet, towels and toilet were clean. Staff very helpful, listened and action taken on guest complaint. Had an air conditioning issue. Maintenance were called to look into it. Receptionist (Mohana) act quickly to send a room service to arranged for a replacement room. Recommended place to stay. Breakfast was simple yet very nice.”

“never clean my room”

“No window”

“As budget hotel, overall would considered acceptable.”

Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...
