“Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

“Toilet smells and stains, cigarette stains on the floor. But the price is good. Overall appropriate price”

“Stayed in a twin room. Everything was ok except for the small and narrow toilet which means the whole toilet gets wet after showering. The shower is right in front of the door, so we had to be careful not to spray water at the door or else the floor outside might get wet. Also, the shower is handheld... which is inconvenient. The worst is the amount of mold on the toilet floor and on the shower hose. This is easy to clean off with some bleach or scrubbing so I wish more effort was put into...

“We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...
