“Disappointed that we had 2 rooms the same booked One was a lovely room with a large tv soft bed The other very hard bed & sparce Got moved to a family room like a dormitory Wifi didn't work at all Reception/restaurant bar was in another building so as Im disabled I had to drive too ”

“A great find within walking distance of pubs and eateries and yet away from the town centre. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were efficient and polite. With an excellent breakfast and plenty of parking the only downside I can report is that some of the furniture in the room was a little dated. ”

“I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. “Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night...

“Different experience traveling from the US- shared bathroom, check-in at the bar in the adjacent restaurant, modestly lit path along the side of the building to the hallway door that led to the rooms.”

“Room 3 Curtains not blinds that flap about even when windows closed. Bright lights outside makes it then flashing the room. Poor outdated bathroom with bad bath shower. Water not hot. Noise from interlocking bathroom next door. No sound proofing. Girl in reception was very good, welcoming and helpful. ”
