“Old fashioned”

“We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too. The only other problem is the hotel does not really cater for people that are gluten free! Could not have sausages, Hash browns at...

“The parking was good, well lit and off road. The place was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good and hearty. There was no aircon but a good fan. The room was warm as it was cold outside. And it was value for money.”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Very comfortable room with everything one needs for most stays. Excellent breakfasts and as always very good value for money. Warm welcoming staff who are always helpful. Excellent parking although now on Ringgo App. Good road links although sat nav may mislead at nearby roundabout.”
