Nancy, sorry to hear your stay wasn't as great as last year. You couldn't use your Player's discount because you made your reservation through this third party company. had you made it directly with us, we would have happily given you any discounts that were available to you. The young lady at the Front Desk is still in training. She is still getting familiar with Expedia reservations. There are different steps we have to take with these. As for the hot chocolate, that is a seasonal treat that we put out. It has been ordered and hasn't come in yet.

We have been training a lot of new staff and that was her first contact with a virtual card and with the reservation made that day it did not go through Night Audit the prior evening. As for the gambling dollars those are purchased through other packages.
