Spectacular Lakefront Retreat on Lake Michigan in Suttons Bay

Spacious five bedroom, three bathroom lakefront home with breathtaking views of Grand Traverse Bay and 146 feet of private sandy frontage!

The main level of the house is perfect for entertaining, with an open floor plan and large glass doors that lead out to a covered porch. The lower level walkout is a treat, offering a family room, game room, and charming bunk room. The outdoor space is ideal for dining and relaxation while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

MAIN FLOOR

Great Room - High ceilings and large windows provide panoramic lake views, leather sectional is perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake or simply hanging out with the fam.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, Keurig coffee maker, basic spices and seasonings, ample pantry, and granite island.

Dining Room - Table accommodates 8-10 people with seating for an additional 5 people around the kitchen island.

Office - For those who need to stay connected or work remotely, set your laptop up on our lakefront live edge desk.

Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer, basic laundry necessities provided

Master Bedroom - Lakeview with King Bed

Master Bathroom - Double vanity with full shower and large walk in closet

Heaven on West Bay

We’ve rented from online sites for years and have seen it all. This one is truly one of the nicest, cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Every amenity you could need is thrown in and property management communicates better than can be hoped for. We will absolutely be back.

Perfect 3 Generation Family Spot

For 13 years, our family has gone up north for an extended family vacation. What started with just one grandkid getting to spend some fun time with their grandparents is now three, with a teenager, a child and 1 year old baby. This property is perfect for all of those age ranges! Bunk beds, upstairs quiet bedrooms, game room, and plenty of space for everyone... this house has everything that you need for a relaxing time together. We splashed at the beach, rode bikes on the quiet neighborhood streets, made s'more's in the fire pit, played board games on the deck and left with a lifetime of memories:)

Our family getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful. We had views of sunrise each morning, amazing shooting stars while enjoying the campfire and s'mores. One night 2 from our party of 11 witnessed the Northern Lights. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils. We had an amazing family vacation.

Outstanding Vacation

This house was perfect for a large family vacation. Our children and grandchildren absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The hosts were fabulous. The home was clean, comfortable and well-kept. We spent lots of time in the yard, using the dock, and enjoying the beach. All in all, we are so happy to have stayed here and hope to return in the future.

Family get-together

We rented this house on beautiful Sutton's Bay for our extended family of 12 (all adults over 18). It was in a great location...right on the lake with kayaks and jet ski dock, fire pit, beach area. You could ride bikes/walk/run easily right from the house or go into town (about 3 miles) and pick up the Leelanau Trail. House had everything we needed and very spacious. Downtown was very quaint and with a good variety of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Awsome family vacation

What a great vacation home! Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was in pristine condition and the outdoor amenities were fantastic! We also enjoyed great communication with the owner - it was nice to meet with him onsite at check-in. Overall 5 stars!

Luxury Sutton Bay Waterfront Estate

Absolutely EVERYTHING is TOP NOTCH / 5 Star from the Waterfront Estate, accommodations, views, docks, fire pits and all the inside and outside (water sports) amenities. Ty was the perfect host, very responsive when needed and not around otherwise. We’ll be back to this paradise again! Thank you!!

Beautiful Big Home

We had a wonderful time at this house in Leelanau County. There was plenty to do for two little boys, a beautiful beach, and plenty of room. The house is a beautiful home with big beds and lots of them! And the neighborhood is excellent for riding bikes, walking, or jogging. Just a beautiful location and perfect for families. We would highly recommend!

PERFECT

This house is perfect! We've been renting all over Michigan for 15 years and this was by far the best house we've stayed in. Not only was the house great but the property the house is on and the views could not be better. The owner is very flexible and chekcs in to make sure your stay is as good as can be.

Amazing retreat on the water!

Stunning property located right on the water. Every amenity you could think of—including a dock, fire pit, kayaks, a game room, laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds. Property owner was so helpful, responsive and kind. We had 12 people in our group—ages 4 yrs to 40+—and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Minutes from downtown Sutton’s Bay. Can’t wait to come back!
