“I was really disappointed in the property and the lack of cleanliness. A large dead bug in the bathroom floor, dirt in various areas of the room on the floor, smudges of something on the bedding are all part of that. There was also a man that sat outside my room half of the night up against my door and a fire hazard of wires behind the nightstand where nothing worked.”

“The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

“Everything very good”

“I was very happy with the staff, room etc. My only concern was that there was only one person to take orders, get food prepared and taken out to guests on the evening just prior to big concert next door. Poor lady was very stressed, but handled it as best she could. The length of time to place our order, and get our food was well over an hour and a half. That caused stress for guests trying to get something to eat before the concert. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Housekeeping came to service the room but did not change the sheets. The pool didn’t look super clean but it was the end of the week. Limited breakfast foods and wasn’t not refreshed as guests were eating. Deactivated the key before we checked out. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway. People running scams outside property. Pool towels looked dingy.”

“Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn.”
