Appartamenti a Sveti Stefan

“Very good view from balcony The only problem is the location is 35 min away from kotor by walk Other than that i have nothing to say Very friendly staff”

“We had a short stay and wished we were there longer. It was perfect … relaxing and peaceful . The highlights of this family run accommodation was the hospitality of all the family especially Nikola and Ivan. They were helpful, welcoming and generous with their time. We look forward to returning and having our friends and family stay here as well.”

Arredamento molto spartano. Letti comodi. Bagno cieco, non grande. Titolare disponibile e cordiale.”

“This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

“We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids. We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,...
