“The property had the best possible view within Lauterbrunnen, but everything else was terrible. It was the worst stay in my life! 1. We came to the property at 6pm. The owner told us that the front door key was in a key box next to the front door. But when we went to get the key, the front door was wide open!! Was someone else in the house? Could animals (rats, bugs) have gone in? Why was the door open? The key I found in the key box, didn't even fit the key hole of the front door? So, what key...

“Wonderful stay - everything is new and place is well equipped. It is walkable to town and bus is convenient although beware that sometimes it is so full you can’t get on.”
