“Room was great, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely quality toiletries and excellent to have a coffee machine. Parking was close to the room, and it was really helpful to have the little verandah overhang as it was running as we left! Only issue was lack of signage from the main road”

“This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. Not ideal for people with limited mobility, but we enjoyed ducking under low lintels and walking over uneven floors, some of which have been around for several centuries. Our room was clean and well-provided, and though there was a leak in the clean-water part of our toilet the owner told us that the required part was on order and...

“Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. ”

“The Andel Lodge was a gem of a find! My sister and I stayed there on Tuesday 19th May and we were so impressed with everything! The decor was lovely, everywhere was spotlessly clean and our twin room was so cute! The staff were great, especially Theresa who really looked after us well, along with our aunt, uncle and cousin who were also staying there as we had a family funeral to go to. “Excellent place and I can't wait to go back, it was a friendly welcome and its a lovely as described place in a very quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked and stuff is easy to use, sofa and beds were comfy and the place was warm well maintained. ”

“This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great.”
