“Great place! Clean and comfortable”

“The cottage was pretty easy to find and nice to stay in but we like a little more privacy. Thanks!”

“We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. “Very clean and a great location for my visit to Hornell. ”

“The house is beautiful and breakfast was delicious! All of the rooms have different amenities, so make sure to read the listing carefully.”

“We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!”

The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean....

“A very quiet area off the beaten path at hornell. An excellent alternative to the Hampton inn”

“Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!”

“Bed was comfortable and clean, patio furniture clean, kitchen and bathroom clean, a full size blanket would have been helpful for cold evening we were there. I liked the sliding patio door for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood.”
