Hotel per famiglie a Swakopmund Center

“Nice hotel and well placed in the centre of Swakop. However the room are quite old and need renovation which I understand is currently ongoing at least on part of the premises. Quite disappointing the fact to pay separately for having a cappuccino during breakfast (not included in the B&P fare)”

“I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. “We stayed only one night during our tour in Namibia.It was a semi-central location, 15 min walking to city centre and attractions.There was a parking outside the structure with a guardian during the night. Very helpful check in,room well furnished and clean and a rich breakfast.I Think to stay again if I will return in Swakop.”
