“Parking is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.”

“It was a huge breakfast with lots of options, hot and cold. Hot breakfast was made to order. Even though we had early morning excursions and an even earlier morning departure David was up and ready to serve whatever we wanted. David also took the time to help us choose excursions that were perfect for us. When my husband left his phone in the van on one of our trips David went and picked it up for us. Could not ask for better service. ”

“Nice hotel and well placed in the centre of Swakop. However the room are quite old and need renovation which I understand is currently ongoing at least on part of the premises. Quite disappointing the fact to pay separately for having a cappuccino during breakfast (not included in the B&P fare)”

“What an amazing place and the mgt. was so kind and considerate. I went back twice on my return and was in a bind as I was driving late at night. The mgt. helped organize a room through security since they were not on site due to my timing. So helpful and when mingling with guests there was only a positive vibe (both times).”

“A hospedagem é limpa e organizada, mas o café da manhã é muito fraco, pois não tem muitas opções para comer. Somente uma fruta, algumas geleias, pão e ovo. Acredito que podem melhorar acrescentando suco, iogurte e banana e não somente maçã. Ademais, gostaria de mostrar minha indignação e insatisfação com o voluntariado do hostel. Em alguns momentos se mostraram preguiçosos com as solicitações de passeio, tendo que relembrar a todo momento, além da falta de simpatia e receptividade. Quero...

“Buon Hotel un po' lontano dal mare (circa 10/15' a piedi). Ha un ottimo ristorante aperto anche agli esterni (anche se un po' caro rispetto agli standard della Namibia). Camere pulite e comodo parcheggio interno. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Unica nota negativa: ci sono stati riappesi gli asciugamani che avevamo posto sul pavimento per essere cambiati (come indicato su un cartello appeso in bagno). Nelle vicinanze c'è anche una buona pizzeria.”
