“The only reason this is a TERRIBLE review is the manager, Palak Patel. At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...

“Had handicap room, but no chair in the room except a desk chair. Room had small TV that wasn't smart... therefore no apps so could not get Netflix,Prime Video etc. did have Dish TV which had nothing worthwhile on to watch.”

The only thing that caught me off guard is there is not an elevator. My father in law struggled a little bit going up and down the stairs, but thankfully it was just one flight. That was probably an oversight on my end. We will definitely stay here again!”
