Bella casa privata full-size fronte lago con darsena / barche

La seconda casa a grandezza naturale della nostra famiglia. Può ospitare 12 persone e sarebbe ottimo per riunioni di famiglia di piccole dimensioni. Puoi guardare e godere di maestose aquile che volano e pescano sul lago da uno qualsiasi dei 3 ponti (superiore e inferiore della casa e uno sul lago con bacino annesso. Paddleboat, 2 kayak, barca a remi, canoa e barca a vela inclusi. Firepit in riva al lago, molta legna inclusa. Canne da pesca, mazze da golf incluse, 2 biciclette. Ampio prato nel cortile anteriore e posteriore per il tuo divertimento. 2 grill a gas, uno sul ponte superiore della casa e uno sul ponte sul lago, ognuno con ombrelloni e sedie extra nelle vicinanze. Amaca grande Molti cespugli di mirtilli sulla proprietà da raccogliere durante la stagione. Cucina moderna, ripiani in granito, grande vasca idromassaggio nella camera da letto principale. Grandi finestre panoramiche nelle camere da letto, nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo con splendida vista sul lago. Cucina completamente attrezzata, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, tutti gli utensili per cucinare e servire. 2 TV, accesso internet wireless a banda larga, servizio TV via cavo, telefono, aria, pianoforte.


Ampia camera su 2 box auto: dispone di 2 letti singoli, un letto completo e un letto singolo con estraibile singolo e ampio divano componibile. Seminterrato finito con 2 letti singoli, bagno completo, 2 divani, TV, piccola biblioteca, sedie extra, 2 porte posteriori sul ponte inferiore di grandi dimensioni con amaca e set di tavoli / sedie in legno e pelle pesanti. Giardini perenni davanti e dietro la casa. Il ponte superiore è fuori dal soggiorno e ha una griglia a gas, un tavolo in vetro con ombrellone con molte sedie extra e una fantastica vista sul lago. Aria condizionata Sfortunatamente, non abbiamo una spiaggia, ma un litorale roccioso e un fondale roccioso e fangoso, quindi nuotare dalla riva è difficile.
Abbiamo bisogno di un minimo di 3 notti di noleggio, tutto l'anno.

Very spacious place with many ammentities. Host was extremely responsive and went beyond to make sure we had what we needed for the very young to the oldest person in our group. Enjoyed the views and the peace and quiet. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

My family, husband and daughter, stayed her with two other families. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water at one point and he was right on it with a plumber coming to the house and we had hot water within a couple of hours. The property is beautiful with lots to do on the lake with the supplied kayaks and boats. We would absolutely stay here again! One note though- we did bring a tv with us. There is one tv in the basement and then a very small tv in the primary bedroom. Thankfully we had great weather but I could see the tv situation being tough if it had rained one of the days.

We enjoyed the house and lake from the minute we arrived. We are a large group of 18 from adults to infants and there was plenty of room for all of us! We all thought that the host took the time to make sure that anything we even thought about needing was available for our use. Thank you!!

Perfect house

Our second time there. Lots of care and attention by the owner. No shortage of essentials like tissues, toilet paper, life vests, and lots and lots of room for the kids to play. Fishing was great for the kids, lots of pumpkin seed pan fish and short bass. Lots of beds for a large family.

Family getaway

A phenomenal family get together with our kids and grandchildren. The property is beautiful - the grounds exquisite. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed and more. It was such an enjoyable way to spend time together surrounded by nature's beauty...and so close to the city. We can't wait to return!!city to!

Great weekend away

We were there for a concert at Bethel Woods. It was about a 15 minute drive which was great. The waterfront is beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating. The house had everything needed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms get a lot of morning sun which is great if you are a morning person. Good communication with owners throughout the process. Thanks.

Great house on small, quiet lake

We have been to this property 3 years in a row for our friends trip with lots of kids. The house has plenty of space for rainy days and the yard is fabulous. We look forward to coming back!

Base camp

Turned out to be a good spot for out needs. Nice property. Quiet and relaxing. We visited the area to see a concert at Bethel Wood. Needed a large place for 8 people. It was Perfect.

Great home on a quiet lake

The house was perfect for extended family to gather. There was plenty of boats, toys and games to keep us busy. (Life jackets were provided as well). The lake does not have many power boats, so it was perfect to swim.. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 16 people and there were plenty of bathrooms. We saw lots of wildlife as well.

Second Time and loving it

We booked this house for the second time. My sons, male cousins and uncle love to fish. Great way to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. House is terrific. Everything you need. Clean and location works for us. We will definitely do this again.

The best VRBO ever

My wife and I, our daughter, son in law and 7 grandchildren stayed for a week in Michael's home at the end of August. This was clearly the best rental ( out of 14) we have ever experienced. Some of the pros: A box of tissues in every room (I know that sounds weird, but our last rental had none), lots of toilet paper, garbage bags, 2 refrigerators, lots of deck chairs, chairs by the beautiful and new fire pit, lots of fire wood, nice assortment of kayaks, canoe, row boat and peddle boat, lots of life vests, very clean place and beautiful hardwood floors. The TVs were simple to use ( some places we rented it was so complicated, we never watched) air conditioners in every bedroom, the most wonderful views of the lake, nice large upper deck, nice large lower deck, floating dock for fishing and to launch/tie up boats, storage for our things in the garage, great communication with Michael if we had a question, big clean Weber gas grill, extra folding tables available in garage, some interesting travel books available, lots of National Geographic magazines, lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Cons: None. We have already booked again for next year.

Awesome Getaway

We loved this beautiful spacious home ! The lake is breathtaking and my daughter took the most amazing pictures of bald eagles. You can hear the wildlife and it’s so uplifting to spend time here. Stargazing at night and hiking at local parks during the day made this a fantastic way to reconnect with our adult children. The Museum at Bethel Woods is not to be missed . The local barbecue places were top notch. We played games and floated on the lake. We also caught a lot of fish right off the dock!! I highly recommend this home if you want to get away from it all! ( good internet if you need to check in too)

Great for a group

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The grill and decks are a highlight, as well as the big windows and view of the lake. House comes with kayaks and canoes, plus a paddle boat, that are great since the lake is not ideal for swimming.

Columbus Day 2022

This is an excellent waterfront property on Swan Lake that offers excellent fishing grounds. Conveniently located right of the RT 17. House can accommodate a large group of people with spacious kitchen and large size bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. Looking forward to plan your next family getaway at this place .

What a great time.

We were up there for the Equinox festival at Arrowhead Ranch again. Same reason we stayed last year. Again the house was fabulous. Stocked with things we didn’t even know we needed. The beautiful fire pit was a great addition to the yard. Can’t wait to come back again next year.
