Please come to my house with your family, friends. Come cook together, enjoy every moment with your guests. House is unique, well maintained, nice antique furniture. From porches you will see views will make you rely happy. I WELCOME ALL TO MY HOUSE You will have very unique house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and lots of space inside and outside. You will see on pictures what is waiting for you. Nice neighborhood, quiet to relax and close to shaping areas. Only 5 minutes from Woodstock Center where many activities happen .House is packed with many extra things in price including. You will NOT found house like mine with SO MUCH stuff inside for GUESTS. 2 refrigerators ONE KOSHER, 2 BBQ ONE KOSHER. You will have very nice weekend when you arrive. Plenty outdoor seating, activities. Very nice for, crispy air good for you to clean your lungs. Sauna good for you to clean your skin and airway. 100% you will be VERY HAPPY you choose my house. Grocery store 10 minutes drive, bakery 10 minutes drive distance, water park in Montecello 15 minutes drive, summer time lakes around house, winter time ⛷ one 3 exit drive. Restaurants 10-15 minutes from your house. Farmers markets around house. You can bring your family and your dogs anytime welcome in my house so you can enjoy your weekend with your family and friends. You will have 8 beds together in whole house 4 bedrooms and additional areas with sofa beds for sleeping, additional 4 air beds with extra blankets and pillows. 12 guests will be very comfortable. You can have additional guests before you talk to me. Early check in available before you need to contact me. If you plan to have extra guests only for couple hours NO problem. You can cook inside and outside in gazebo 2 BBQ available. 2 fridges. sheets.pilows extra available. Available many cooking supplies and 2 stoves.

Our party of 10, ranging from 88 to 10 years old, stayed at this very comfortable 4-bedroom home over part of the 2025 Christmas holiday. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Jana and her brother took care of everything, even offering to run errands for us. They kept the driveway and walks clear. The kitchen was stocked with food basics including fresh eggs (a special treat!), milk, half and half, orange juice, bagels, etc. They brought over homemade doughnut holes and had chocolate, candy and other treats for us. The game room kept the kids entertained. The living room was very comfortable with mulitple couches that allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. The dining room easily accomodated our large group. We had a wonderful time!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area but what made the stay was how beautiful and kind hearted our host was. They had the property decorated for holiday season, had the house unbelievably stocked with every possible supply you can imagine and communicated daily with us to make sure we were ok and comfortable. They even have chickens and gave us fresh.eggs from their chickens for breakfast which was out of this world. The kindness is only matched with how amazing the house was. Very spacious, soo many games and activities, very clean and has that cabin charm. This is without a doubt the best home and best host I have ever experenxed. We felt right at home knowing we were being taken care of and welcomed into this soace. If we could give it more stars we would.

Amazing house, it’s huge, clean and well stocked. Jana is a great host who cares about your stay and very generous . It’s beautiful with a beautiful view. Great game room, comfortable beds, great outdoor kitchen, the indoor kitchen has everything you need. The living area is so comfortable and beautiful with a great view. We can’t wait to go back.

Of the VRBO properties we have stayed at, this house was the most well equipped and fully supplied. The house is beautifully and uniquely decorated. Our 2 year old loved the playground and we all loved the amazing game room with too many games to detail. Jana was a wonderful host and made sure ours needs were met. We definitely plan to stay there again.

Extraordinary home

Our family enjoyed the weekend in this unusual home. It was very spacious, clean and extremely well stocked. The unusual furnishings were very intriguing. The host went above and beyond to welcome us with fresh produce from his garden and eggs from his chickens. He even decorated the entire property with birthday decorations for our daughter’s birthday and had a cake made for us. The property has wonderful outdoor space, that easily accommodated 12 of us. The sunrise views of the hills and morning fog rising from the lake was spectacular. We also had the pleasure of witnessing the Sturgeon full moon rise. It is conveniently located a few miles from Bethel Woods.

Stayed for weekend getaway with 6 friends. We were amazed by the property and generosity of the host. The house is beautiful and comfortable. There was more than enough room to sleep and the house was filled with complimentary items like toiletries, fruit, fresh eggs and bacon. Do not pass up the kielbasa. It was probably the best I ever eaten. The views from the porch are absolutely breathtaking. The house also has an activity room that feels like a personal Dave & Busters. The back area is extremely quiet and peaceful. It has natural shade, several areas to talk and eat as well as a screened in area if it rains. The place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend, 10 outta 10 s. I will book again

If I could give this house 10 stars I would, everything you need is here waiting, the hostess left a large bowl of fresh fruit, fresh eggs, coffee, milk, orange juice and more, also access to an organic vegetable garden which we used for a fresh salad and amazing beets for dinner, the bathrooms are stocked with soaps and shampoos for everyone's taste, and plenty of towels and linens, I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, we will be back and now have friends that want to rent it

Wonderful Stay Near Bethel Woods Amphitheater

Jan is a gracious and generous host who made us feel welcome during our stay. He went out of his way to stock the refrigerator with staple foods and added delicious fruits and authentic kielbasa. The house was clean, well maintained, and had lots of character. The kids occupied themselves with air hockey and Foosball in the basement. The mountain view from the deck was amazing and it's an easy drive to the amphitheater concerts or the museum. It was chilly and raining during our stay so unfortunately we didn't get a chance to utilize the the back deck deck and gazebo which would be great places to relax and enjoy. Overall, great stay we would rent again without hesitation.

Truly unique, and so much fun!

We rented this property for a family reunion. We were totally blown away by the uniqueness of the property, and the hospitality of our host. The house is spacious and very comfortable, with lots of places to gather. Plenty of bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms for privacy and convenience as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want, and more. The host stocked the refrigerator with milk, eggs, bacon, cheese, orange juice, yogurt, and even made Polish kielbasa and pastries for us! It was so good. There was a huge bowl of fruit and lots of snacks to share. Communication with the host was perfect. Jan was super responsive, and made sure we were well taken care of. The downstairs game room and bar area is amazing - the pictures don't do it justice. So many things to do, and such a great place to gather and have fun. The house is in a lovely rural area, with amazing views. There is a full outdoor kitchen and eating area with tons of outdoor seating spaces on the huge decks. It's easy to find via GPS, just a few miles from the (original 1969) Woodstock venue. We have stayed in many rental homes, and this was by far the best we have ever experienced. Thank you, Jan, for making our family reunion so special!

We had a fantastic time! Host was very attentive to any and all requests. The 4 kids; 3, 4, 8, and 10 had so much to do and loved the outside as well. Would definitely stay again.

In a word - WOW!

The house was incredible, and the hosts were even more incredible! We're a group of guys who grew up together, now in our mid-40s, most with wives and kids, and once a year we go away for a long weekend of eating, drinking, playing poker, and just generally relaxing. And this house was perfect for us - plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, great wraparound deck, and the screened in gazebo came in handy on the one rainy night. And then, the hosts - I had read about the fresh fruits and vegetables we'd find, but we were surprised at how much it really was. And then came the deliveries of homemade kielbasa (fantastic!) and the next day, some delicious fried dough treats (one of our guys knew the Polish word for these, but I'm forgetting it now.) Long story short, five stars and we'd give an extra star if it was an option here. Thanks so much, Jana and family. It was a weekend of extra-ordinary magnitude!

Lovely vacation in the Catskills!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean Swan Lake home. The host provided a fantastically complete kitchen and well-stocked refrigerator and pantry. We chose this location for its proximity to a concert venue, but would love to return just to hang out. The house is large with many places to gather for games and meals, and numerous spots to retreat for some quiet time.

Absolutely amazing

Not only is the house unique but so is the host! We have been vacationing with VRBO/HomeAway for many years and have never felt so welcomed as we did here. The house was stocked with everything we could ever want or need. Jana had the refrigerator stocked with staples of milk, juice, creamer, butter, bacon, buttermilk, bagels, yogurt, ice cream. Fresh eggs from her chickens, as well as homemade kielbasa, organic vegetables from the garden and a huge bowl of fresh fruit. No host has ever gone to this extent! I was awestruck. We had plenty of towels as well as a multitude of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrushes. The house itself is welcoming with beautiful houseplants and then, there’s the back of the house. Beautiful plants, an enclosed summer kitchen, multiple levels of seating and eating areas. Communication was great. Jana quickly respond to any questions we had within minutes. We had an issue with one of the showers and it was addressed immediately. The weather wasn’t cooperative so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have if it didn’t rain so much. The countryside was pleasant driving and to be able to explore the local markets and Woodstock museum literally just a few minutes down the street was fun. If we come back to this area we will definitely contact Jana to rent her house again. It surely was a relaxing place top be. Thank you so much Jana, Barbara

Family birthday celebration

Our mother enjoyed this property and the time spent with family. The house was able to accommodate 13 of us. The decorations and stocked refrigerator, in addition to all the snacks, kielbasa and babka made for an extra special occasion. It was appreciated by all. We made use of the volleyball court, fire pit and enclosed gazebo. Thanks for a great weekend!

Guys Country get-away for golf/casino.

Excellent property for a larger group of people. We were a party of seven gents over 65 on a golf /casino get away. Lots of space with an excellent game room/bar. Many options of where in or out the house you want to dine, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen. Seriously you would need to stay more than a week to take advantage of the so many options. Just using the the many options for seating on the wrap around deck would take a few days. It was too bad we were only there for two days. Jan supplied many food staples and snacks. Everything you would need for cooking is available. The house is "eclectically" appointed with many taxidermied animals but is tastefully done. Thanks Jan we had a wonderful time. Five stars.... Beautiful spot for a trip to the mountains

We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend while we attended a nearby wedding. We had a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. The property is huge and beautiful. The porch and huge windows have incredible views of the mountains, especially at sunrise. The unique decor is very fun and memorable- perfect for the mountain setting. Our host went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh eggs from the chickens and other incredible fresh snacks. The sauna was also a great way to relax. This place is perfect for a group trip or family gathering. We would be happy to return if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Very great house!

We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. But overall incredible, beautiful home that I would definitely stay in again!

Yearly Travel

We revently stayed at this property with a group of friends for our yearly get together. The property was spacious, with ample living space. Jana and her family were more than hospitable, attentive and ready to have you and your guests enjoy their space. Consider this rental for your next vacation.

Amazing property and even more amazing hosts!

Jana and her brother were incredible hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The property itself is gorgeous with a ton of charm. The rooms are spacious and perfect to accommodate a large group. They had everything you could think of— shampoo, condition, plenty of towels, etc. They even left us food, and Jana’s brothers brought us fresh donuts and kielbasas! Jana was responsive and so kind, it felt like we were staying at a family member’s home. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice weekend away. We would love to return. 10 out of 10 stars!
