Grand View residents have the use of a private garden and the facilities at the adjoining Grand Hotel. These include a small indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.


Within easy reach of Swanage is the historic village of Corfe Castle, Monkey World and Poole Harbour. Closer by is the Swanage Steam Railway - a beautiful heritage line that heads inland.
