Casa recentemente ristrutturata a Swanage. Posizione centrale tranquilla, vicino alla spiaggia.

Casa moderna, ristrutturata di recente, ben attrezzata in un tranquillo vicolo cieco nel centro di Swanage. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata secondo standard elevati e offre 3 camere da letto, 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli (lettino da viaggio disponibile). Il bagno ha una doccia separata e vasca ad angolo. La cucina di nuova misura comprende una lavastoviglie e lavatrice / asciugatrice, doppio forno, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè. Il salotto / sala da pranzo ha un nuovo grande divano e due comode sedie con una moderna TV abilitata WIfi e lettore DVD con un sacco di DVD. Ci sono molti giochi per bambini, giocattoli e libri e attrezzature per la spiaggia. WIFI è incluso. C'è un piccolo cortile con tavolo e sedie.
La casa si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla lunga spiaggia sabbiosa, dai negozi, dai bar e dai ristoranti, dal molo vittoriano e dalla ferrovia a vapore. Corfe Castle, Durlston Country Park, Studland Bay, Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island, The Blue Pool, Durdle Door e Lulworth Cove sono solo a breve distanza. I bambini sono i benvenuti ma non ci sono animali domestici.
Il parcheggio è sulla strada ed è senza restrizioni ma ha spazi limitati. Ci sono altre strade non limitate nelle vicinanze o un parcheggio. Non tendiamo ad aver bisogno dell'auto una volta a Swanage.

From making the booking with our host to arrival communication was excellent. On arrivsl at the property we immediately felt comfortable. All rooms were clean, tidy & felt very homely. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the honest reviews of places of interest eateries etc. Clear instructions for use of kitchen appliances & check out proceedures.Well situated for acessing beach & town so no need to use the car. It was a perfect house & location would definitley recommend & stay again.

Good location , nice lounge and kitchen space. Top twin room good for children not so much for two adults. Parking outside can be tricky but overall very good stay for a weekend In Swanage this was my second booking on this property and I will reconsider in the future

We used the house as a base for a walking trip and found the property to be perfectly placed for walks out and evening spent in the numerous local pubs.The kitchen was well equiped and perfect for a family or self catering break.Would recommend

Great house in fantastic location for everything.

The house is on a quiet street, perfectly located for shops, beach, restaurants etc. We were fortunate to be able to park close to the property.The house is very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we required. It is just around the corner from all the shops, restaurants and close to the beach.It has a small courtyard garden, which we used briefly during our stay. The garden furniture could probably do with replacing, but was absolutely fine for the short time we used it.Katie communicated well, and supplied useful information and advice .We would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely week at the property. The location was perfect - so great to be so close to the beach and the town. Although we couldn’t park near the house, we found a spot up by the station just a few mins walk away. We would love to return!

Swanage break

Booking, checking in/out and overall communication with Katie the owner was smooth and efficient.We were walking the Coast Path and Katie kindly allowed us to check in early to drop of some essentials. The property was clean tidy and comfortable. The shower was great. The beds comfy and for 4 men the property was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. We had a great time.

Great holiday home in perfect location

This is now the second time we have stayed at this property and we find this house a perfect base for our holiday in Swanage. The house is in a fantastic quiet spot and very close to everything. No need for a car unless you wanted to travel out of the area however the bus stop and train line are a very short walk (5 mins max) from the house. We had another very comfortable stay here and there are so many extras, like toys, dvd’s and beach items that can be used along with a fully equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Cosy cottage and central

We stayed over the New Year and would recommend, as Swanage stayed open and there was lots to see and do. The accommodation was perfect, being in the heart of town but still peaceful and close to beach. We found on street parking easy.

Well-equipped house in great location

The house offers everything needed for a party of 6. It was very clean and the host was very attentive . The location is perfect, beach and local shops are right around the corner. Parking can be difficult at busy times, but is manageable. We would love to come back.

Lovely house

Just a 5 min. walk from the Sea Front, Heritage Railway, and other amenities. The house is clean and equipped with everything you could need. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a break/holiday in Swanage.

Amazing location, wonderful property

We stayed in Swanage in August 2024. The property was exactly as described. Clean, well maintained, great features and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. But the best thing about it was the proximity to all the best parts of Swanage town. Railway station, shops, restaurants and beach were all a short walk away. We loved it, we plan to revisit Swanage soon and when we do we won’t stay anywhere else. Thanks for a brilliant getaway!

Weekend visit to attend Folk Festival

Comfortable and well equipped holiday house in a great central location in Swanage! Although the weather wasn’t the best we enjoyed a few days away including a trip on the Waverley paddle steamer along the Jurassic coast.

Great holiday home

We had a lovely time in Swanage which was close to the beach yet quietly tucked away. It had everything we needed and was nice, clean and tidy when we arrived. The ceilings are low on the stairs so watch your head it you're tall!
