“From the time of reservation communication was on time and provided plenty of info. Before arrival access instructions were provided. Room was clean and it was evident that cleaning crew take a lot of pride in their work. Bed was really comfortable and loved the quick access to everything in the area. ”

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. ”

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“We had a great stay! It was nice to be close to the beach, although, everything else is a bit of a drive. Just be sure to get all of the groceries you need on the way in so you don't have to run back and forth to the store. Food Lion is about 15 min drive and Walmart a little further. They do have a nicely stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is peaceful there at the end of the island, which makes up for the fact that restaurants are a bit limited nearby, too. “The condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. It was very clean. They provided everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The view was excellent with balcony access from all the bedrooms. The grounds with both pools were also clean and people were very friendly. The only complaint that I have is with the Wi-Fi, it is a community wifi and it is extremely slow. I tried to work while we were at the location and at times it was impossible.
