“It would have been better to have more than 2 cups for the coffee machine. It would have been nice to have an electric tea pot to boil water for tea or a french press coffee maker. the microwave is not the best to boil water. It was a good idea to use an old store front for a small apartment. The restaurant next store was nice for breakfast and being on the water was nice. I would replace the two bar stools and table with a round table and chairs, it would be easier to use.”

“We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. “The property that we were placed in was not the property that was listed. The unit had not been renovated as shown, furnishings were different, it was old and disheveled. There was debris between the poor joints in the kitchen wood counter tops, the dishes were dirty and did not match those in the VRBO listing, the blinds were broken/damaged throughout, the lights were all different colors, some were burned out or flashing, the bathroom sink and tub were clogged. “Parking easy, room big and clean. Quiet too. Walt was great giving us awesome options for dinner and breakfast outside hotel but not far.”
