Non risultava la mia prenotazione e dopo una ricerca finalmente è stata trovata, inoltre non era per niente amichevole l’uomo alla reception che ci ha fatto notare come unica cosa di non fare il check out assolutamente oltre le 10:00. Per il resto la struttura è probabilmente nello stesso stato da quando è stata costruita e non sembra essere stato fatto nessun lavoro di ristrutturazione

I got really frustrated trying to cancel before the deadline, because we were not able to get there. I ended up having to pay for it although we couldn't use it.

In die Jahre gekommenes Strandhotel
Das Zimmer und das Bad ist klein, noch nie so ein kleines Handwaschbecken gesehen, und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, außerdem sehr hellhörig. Die Lage fast direkt am Strand ist gut, auch der Balkon und die Dusche. Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten, aber es gibt Geschäfte und Cafés im Ort.

Could not wait to leave. Narrow steep stairs killed the knees and hip, light in bathroom didn’t work, building smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night waking all tenants and no explanation from owner or coming to check on cause of alarm. Won’t be back.

I knew you are going to whinge when you realized there are stairs leading to the room. You started huffing and buffing and had that sour look on your face. If you do not want stairs request it when you book. Don't come and waste people's time by exaggeration and lying.Please do not come back, we will do better without the likes of you...

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location next to the sea was very quiet and calming, as I could hear the beautiful sounds of the sea. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. I left a small bag and they were able to ship it to my next hotel through the post, which was so extremely kind and helpful of them. The customer service is wonderful. Thank you so much for everything, Swansea Villas!

Very unfriendly staff. Tv did not work. Staff accused us of tampering with it but when they replaced it with another Tv that didn't work either. 🤔

Refrigerator had old blood in it from a previous lodger and the floor had not been vacuumed as there was black hair on the floor. The staircase was unsafe for elderly. Not sure what would have happened if there had been a fire!!

Convenient base for visiting East Coast- Coles Bay, Bicheno and St Helens. Property had been nicely refurbished and was clean.

The room was clean, freshly painted, bright and comfortable. Nice view of the sea (through the carpark) from the balcony. Within walking distance of the Bark Mill (a great place for dinner). The only downside was there was a bit of a mix up with the booking, but the gentleman at the desk sorted it out. Apart from that it was a great stay.

I wrote to you from the property complaining about the size and condition of the room. I was told I would get a reply within 24 hours but this has not happened. This was the worse room I have stayed in throughout many years of travelling in many countries

Accomodation to explore the area
Check in was fine, room was very compact, but fairly comfortable. However the room was not serviced each day, particularly to take away dirty cups etc, and there were no supplies to wash them yourself. Some of the crockery was dirty before we used it as well.

Extremely small. Reasonably clean but old and needs renovating. Unfriendly reception staff on arrival. Room was cold and heating was noisy and inadequate. A security light in the car park came on at about 3am and STAYED ON! This light shone through to wake us each night! However good location and close to everything but we were happy to leave.

Our room overlooked the bay with large windows. A balcony to enjoy a wine at the end of the day was a bonus. We enjoyed every moment of being there.

not my type of accommodation
Not a great first impression. Did not seem very friendly or welcoming, however check in was quick and there was parking on site. The room decor and smell were not to my liking, floorboards were creaking, the bin was not emptied to but the worst part was find chocolate pieces and hair on the bed! Did not use the other amenities other than those in the bathroom - shower, towels, toilet, sink - which seemed clean. There was no disturbance at night from other guests (if any) despite the walls being pretty thin. Check out was a quick drop key in the box. Not likely to stay there again as it seems more targeted to pre 1980s guests.

Its so hilarious that guests can go to extreme to support unwarranted and undeserved reviews. The funny thing is that we are continuously receiving very positive and excellent reviews from AGODA's guests who have stayed in same rooms. Most reviews are either 5/5 or 4/5 - when one receive such cheap and irresponsible shot at the business's image, it makes you wonder sometime whether the people like that have a dubious agenda???. P.S: THIS IS MY ANSWER AND I WILL NOT CHANGE IT!.

Lovely Budget Accommodations right beside the beach. Would have been nice to have the cafe open but the local cafe's were open nearby.

Fantastic location near everything
Great location and near the ocean too. Close to shops . Walls a bit thin so could hear next door but didn’t bother us too much . Earplugs come in handy when traveling!

The motel is located on a nice spot with great sea views. One of the bedrooms smelled really bad, like if somebody forgot a French cheese inside for one month

Our Motel rooms are cleaned and serviced daily - very surprised to hear of the French Cheesy smelly room?!. Anyway, thanks for excellent sea views.

Very old decor, very small room for 2 beds, outside room smelt of cigars, definitely overpriced. Lack of people staying there must show how accomodation was Not up to standard in other places we had stayed. View was beautiful Would not recommend

Apart from the night I slept on an airport departure lounge floor 2 nights here on a double bed that is so old the inner springs have collapsed would have to be our worst we have slept in in 40 years of traveling. The walls are so thin you can hear next door snoring,there are no block out curtains so you get security lights all night. Inconsiderate staff socializing in the dinning room directly under our room until 1 am in the morning which only stopped when I went downstairs and complained.

Overwhelming exaggeration of the facts. The room he was in receives best reviews. It all started because of the stairs leading to the room - he wasn't happy about, although it is clearly indicated in all our adverts. Yes, we did have RETURNED VIP guests staying with us for the night whom we were entertaining in the restaurant situated on the ground floor???.

We stayed in the main house. The rooms have signs up asking you to be quiet and consider others, you feel like a teenager in your parents home. We could hear people cough or sneeze in the rooms either side of us. No one was intenially noisy but you could hear every conversation from the other rooms. I got no sleep and the next morning said to the staff I did not want to stay a second night, the answer was pretty much "suck eggs".

Hi Rajen, Thank you for your review, however, our business clearly show/advertise that our Wi-Fi is a FREE PUBLIC Wi-Fi hence the possibility of it not working inside the room. For your info, we rarely receive GUEST'S complaints about it functionality during their stay
