“Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation ”

“We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.”

“Nice stay staff friendly, comfy bed clean bathroom does need a lick of paint in places and some marks on carpet cleaned. We had breakfast nice selection would have liked a bit hotter however quality was good.”
