Reel Chill – Beautiful 4 Bedroom Lakefront Home with Dock, Swim Spa and Hot Tub in Deep Creek Lake (Swanton)

Enjoy secluded lakefront living at its best at Reel Chill where you'll enjoy a level walk out to your private dock and a large lawn to enjoy a plethora of summer activities with friends and family! Reel Chill is an exquisite retreat nestled at the end of a quiet street while also uniquely positioned at the edge of Beckman's Peninsula cove, offering minimal boat traffic making dockside fishing, swimming and kayaking a pure delight!

Step inside and be greeted by lake views through the tall cathedral windows of this recently updated home with a spacious open floor plan and an abundance of natural light. There is plenty of seating around the stone gas fireplace in the living room where you can warm up by the fireside on chilly nights and catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. There is also an adjacent sitting area if you would rather cozy up in one of the club chairs with a cup of tea and a good book, as you soak up the sunlight and serene lake view.

The inviting modern kitchen and dining room are steps away allowing everyone to congregate on the main level and never miss out on good conversation no matter what each other is doing. Enjoy stainless steel appliances to cook up a delicious feast for your guests or set out the appetizers on the beautiful granite counters to keep hungry appetites at bay while the grill master works their magic on the gas grill on the deck. Clean-up will be a breeze and dishes won't feel like a chore as you'll enjoy 90 degrees of lakeside views through the window above the kitchen sink. Or take a load off and load up the dishwasher!

What better way to end a long day of action, fun, and laughs than to take a dip in the bubbling, warm waters of the private swim spa before you head to bed. The swim spa offers a state of the art swim side with self-propelling jets or relax in the warmer hot tub adjacent to the swim side. Whether it's relaxing with a beverage in hand or enjoying a bit of exercise, this feature is sure to be a delight.

You and your guests will rest soundly in one of the four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Your master suite is located on the second floor and features a king-sized bed, TV, and lake view. There is a second suite on this level for adult guests which features a queen-sized bed. Kids or young adults will be close by and will enjoy the twin bunk bed in the third bedroom that also has two additional twin beds as well as a queen bed. The early risers in your group will enjoy the King -sized bedroom located on the main level where they can grab their morning coffee and enjoy the dawn hours in peace in the living room or out on the deck. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with a TV and an Amazon Firestick.

You are also centrally located to many of the area's best year-round activities. The sandy beach and hiking trails of Deep Creek Lake State Park are a short drive away or hit the green at nearby Thousand Acres 18-holes during the colorful fall season. No matter the weather, there is always something to do when you stay at our beautiful lakeside retreat!

The moment you see the lake glistening through the windows at Reel Chill, you will know you are in the right place! When you spend a day drinking coffee on the private deck, swimming, paddleboarding, or boating in the calm cove, or warming up in the swim spa, you will want to return to this peaceful retreat again and again! If your rental is listed as having a Boat Dock as an amenity provided with this property, this is subject to weather conditions, water levels, and other natural factors. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Be advised that this home has an exterior camera. Garage access is not available. Max. parking spaces: 6

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home's max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].

Our family had a wonderful time at Reel Chill. From making the reservation to checking out, everything was incredibly easy and welcoming. The host was very receptive with any questions we had. The property was fantastic, very clean and well-stocked. We really loved the hot tub and swim spa! We will definitely return!
