“Room smelled and was stuffy”

“The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.”

“Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!”

“T he room was clean. Facility was also well maintained both inside and out. The beds were a bit too soft.Staff was pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there because the cost of the room was high and we would have to also pay for breakfast. We decided to have breakfast at friends house.”

“Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once.”

“Perfect for a family getaway!" We stayed here for a family trip and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious enough for all of us and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It felt very safe and welcoming. We will definitely be back.”
