“Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.”

“I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet...

“In the 2 room 2 queen bed suite the bed is too close to the bathroom. All 3 of us scraped our legs on it a couple of times until I accidentally hit it very hard. The gash in my knee is deep and painful. When I went to the desk for some help the girl ignored me completely for several minutes. When she did finally acknowledge me she didn't look at the wound or anything. I asked her for some first-aid items. Noone else from the hotel has contacted me to see how I am. It has been 5 days the wound it...

“Great for the price! Staff is not always on site, but they were very helpful. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Water pressure was pretty low, but they had everything you would need and the decor is awfully cute. It is a bit rundown and could use a little touchup here and there but for a nice clean comfortable quick stay, it’s a great spot. That’s a little different than the same, old same old.”

“The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. ”

“First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading. Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM.
