“Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.”

“Overall I would give our stay a 6/10. Keep in mind it’s meant to be a “long stay” hotel. We were there for 4 nights. Not once did housekeeping come up to reset the room or replace towels. The rooms have very thin walls so you will hear EVERYTHING, on top of that there is also the public transportation train (light rail) right out your window. If you’re a light sleeper, I would avoid. Side note: If you’re sensitive to religion, they do leave a Holy Bible and Book of Mormon in the night stand....

“We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. “Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not...
