Hotel vicino a Sweet Arrow Reserve - Dayton

“The property was nice, the breakfast foods were stale, no fresh ideas. The English muffins were rock hard, the pancake dispenser was a disaster, the mix was terrible when it did get made - get a new supplier. The yogurts were delicious and the coffee was top notch! ”

“A very inexpensive property with lots of tourist activities nearby. The property has gone under many renovations and continues to get better.”

We checked in, our keys wouldn’t work, as I walked back to the front desk to attempt to talk to the manager on duty I walked by the laundry room door that was propped open and saw how disgustingly filthy the laundry room was and we left. No one ever came back to the front desk to help me after I stood there for 10 minutes. These reviews on here praising this “hotel” are absolutely false. The entire lobby smelt like old urine. ”

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”

“If you are on the brink of bankruptcy but you still want to come visit the usaf museum, this is the place for you. There was no house keeping , no hair dryer, and no shampoo, the wall is so thin I heard the fart sound from next room. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for.”

“I think I may have encountered new help. She told me the wrong way to my room and that breakfast started at 6 am. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on the weekends. I am so used to having free breakfast everywhere I stay, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was not included in the room price. ”

“Breakfast choices were excellent, staff friendly and responded to our issues. plunger stuck in the close mode, water pressure not great in the shower, shower head did not seat well in the pole that holds the handheld shower head, and the water efficiency toilet was slow to refill and flushed poorly. We didn’t really like the TV remote control, difficult to understand for seniors. Bed was comfy, automated opaque shades and blockout shade was wonderful. The full-size refrigerator was terrific. ...

“This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!”
