“We were going to Sleeping Bear Dunes so there really are not a lot of options for stays. The service was fast on the phone during business hours. I did not love that the after hour check-in requires taking a key from a public box for safety reasons. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. When we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was at 59 degrees, mind you it is 40 and dropping. We spent a long time trying to determine how to turn the heat on (it is not using the wall...

“Beautiful & comfortable stay. Very clean, safe, garage parking an extra perk. Easy walk to downtown area and easy access to beach. Incredible views. Had everything we needed. Easy drive to peninsulas. Bay Bread was a a great place to grab breakfast items in the & just across the back street. Had a great experience.”
