Struttura tenuta benissismo, molto pulita e confortevole. Personale gentilissimo ed attento, al check in ci è anche stato fatto l'upgrade alla stanza con vista mare. Molte ameneties incluse nella stanza (anche il telo mare all'ingresso della spiaggia) e buffet molto ricco. Unica nota negativa, il locale della colazione era freddissimo :(

This hotel was officially built in 2009. It appears to be 50 years old and has never been renovated. While I typically enjoy park hotels and golf resorts, this one is not recommended due to its age. The carpet was full of stains, and the pillows were of poor quality.
Although they offered me an upgrade to a better room, it was acceptable but couldn’t compete with other 5-star hotels. The housekeeping manager was so kind and that’s why I did not check out right away.
Owner c’mon put your hands in the pocket and spend some bucks on this old Titanic.
A small tip: it is located in the middle of nowhere.

Perfect
Our stay at Aloft was perfect. The hotel is new with large and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view of Al Ain from the roof pool bar. Great staff, always kind and helpful.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel, chambres confortables et bonnes installations. Dommage que beaucoup de clients sont très mal éduqués et laissent leurs rester de repas par terre au bord de la piscine par exemple... Mais l'hôtel en lui-même est génial et le personnel est très agréable et ...
