The space
LuxVilla is a unique place created for both relaxation and fun. Guests have access to 4 comfortable bedrooms (including two with mezzanines), 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, as well as a large living room with access to the terrace, and from there to a vast, fabulous garden and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare meals for the whole group, along with a dining room that will accommodate all of you at a joint feast.

The villa's greatest asset is its attractions: a private, indoor, year-round, heated pool, a tennis court on the property, a game room with billiards, darts and a game console, and a home cinema with a comfortable sofa and a large screen, where you can really feel like you are in a private cinema.

Outside, there is a large garden with a terrace, a summer kitchen, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue house – perfect for long summer evenings with loved ones. The surrounding forests encourage walking, jogging, cycling or mushroom picking.

LuxVilla can accommodate up to 16 people, providing comfort, privacy and plenty of space to spend time together. It is an ideal place for family reunions, holidays, meetings of friends, as well as intimate bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthdays or anniversaries. Our guests have the entire villa at their disposal, along with the private grounds of the property – with a swimming pool, a fully equipped tennis court, a beautiful garden, a barbecue house, a summer kitchen and a place for a bonfire.
Free parking is also available on-site.

Inside, there is a game room, especially loved by the male part of our guests. Fans of games and entertainment will find a pool table, dartboards, board games, a console that will take you back to your childhood, and a drink bar.

In the spacious living room with a home cinema, you can feel like you are in a private cinema.

The entire space is at the disposal of your group only – guaranteeing full privacy, freedom and comfort of stay.

The villa is located in a quiet area, surrounded by forests – ideal for people who value relaxation, tranquility and proximity to nature.

The facility prohibits the organization of loud commercial events (corporate events, large weddings). Private gatherings, such as family celebrations, bachelorette parties, or bachelor parties in a small group of friends, are welcome.

The villa is family-friendly and pet-friendly.

For the convenience of guests, there is a Dino store nearby, where you can buy virtually everything you need during your stay. It's only a 5min walk.
