Outdoor Communal Swimming Pool: This pool is available for all residents or guests free of charge. As an outdoor facility, its availability is subject to weather conditions, open all year round and is not a heated pool.

Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the Pool: Complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for your comfort and protection from the sun while enjoying the poolside, there are six sunbeds tat are reserved for during your stay (closed from March 2026 until further notice).

Parking: The price includes access to two parking spaces within the block, offering convenience and shelter for vehicles.

There is a large grocery (Daves Convenient Store) that is open for 24 hours and only two corners from Spinola Court!
