“The front desk staff was inexperienced and unknowable. Knowing the location of our room they should have directed us to the parking lot outside our room but instead gave us the option of valet or walking across the property to a gravel parking lot through a tunnel up 3 flights of stairs. The air conditioning didn’t work even after they said they would send someone to look at it. There were guest above us jumping all afternoon and night.”

“LOVED this stay, the staff lended us bear spray without us really even asking which was so nice since you can't fly with it, so purchasing it would've (hopefully lol) ended up being a waste. They gave us lots of recommendations for Yellowstone and were very friendly. Walking around the property was so nice as well, and we loved our room!”
